Phil has been managing director of Griffiths Advisory since it began 29
years ago. With a wealth of experience in taxation, business advisory,
superannuation, negative gearing and wealth creation.

Phil enjoys a healthy active lifestyle which includes surfing,
cycling and snowboarding, as well as spending quality
time with his wife and two children.

Financial Planner – Authorised Representative No 1239344 of InterPrac Financial Planning Pty. Ltd. (AFSL 246638).

Sini joined Griffiths Advisory in August 2013 and have previously worked in a large sized practice. Being an accountant and financial planner, she enjoys working closely with clients to attend to their needs regarding wealth management, insurance, retirement planning and estate planning.

She twice made the Vice-Chancellors List (top 1%) while studying her degree at Curtin University and received the best student award in Superannuation and Retirement Planning from the Taxation Institute of Australia with a mark of 97%.

Outside work, Sini enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.

Tram Le - Griffiths AdvisoryTram Le

Tram Joined Griffiths Advisory in 2015 as a tax accountant having 3 years’ previous experience working in a small public practice.

Tram completed her Bachelor Of Commerce degree at Curtin University and received an award for having the highest average score in semester 2, 2011.

Tram enjoys the beach, swimming and badminton. She is also very keen to have her first sky diving experience.

Karen Feng - Griffiths AdvisoryKaren Feng

Bachelor of Commerce

Karen joined Griffiths Advisory in 2015 and is now enjoying putting her exceptional grades and skills into practice as a tax accountant.

She was awarded the Wiley prize for being the top student in Management Accounting at Curtin University. She is currently studying towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.

Karen enjoys playing music and making little art and crafts from recycling materials.

Miranda Ngo - Griffiths AdvisoryMiranda Ngo

Bachelor of Commerce
Master of Professional Accounting.

Miranda joined Griffiths Advisory in 2016 and is enjoying putting her great marks and passion into her role as a taxation accountant.

She received a scholarship for best student entering an Honour program while studying her degree at Curtin University.

Miranda enjoys Zumba dance, yoga and hiking.

Sarah Black - Griffiths AdvisorySarah Black

Office Administrator

Sarah joined Griffiths Advisory in May 2013.

She received 4 distinctions while completing her Secretarial Certificate.
She also achieved a grade A with honors when doing her Certificate in Effective Communications.

Sarah enjoys listening to music, traveling, and reading.

Amy Griffiths

Amy has worked at Griffiths Advisory on a casual basis in
administration for 10 years.

She is in her last year at UWA studying a Bachelor of Commerce and has so far achieved
an average of over 82%.

Amy enjoys skiing, walking and being with her friends.

Chrissy Griffiths

Bachelor of Education

Chrissy has assisted Griffiths Advisory in various roles over the last
29 years from office cleaning, administration, debt collection to preparation of
taxation returns.

She is a part time school teacher.
She enjoys an active lifestyle which includes walking & spin
classes at the gym.
